Projects and other news...

  • The entryway off of Cross Timbers and Glenwick Blvd. beautification project has been completed! We found a crew to clean up the flower beds and add some fantastic lights to shine on our community sign.

  • Ask us how you can be involved and get the hours that you need!
  • If you volunteer for 4 or more events, you will receive a glowing recommendation to the college of your choice!

As a voluntary association, we voluntarily agree to work together to keep our neighborhood happy and a wonderful place to live!

There are no documents that you need from us for the sale of your home.

​That also means that there is no approval needed from Glenwick Estates Neighborhood Association for your home updates, pool, storage sheds, or solar panels.


We encourage you to contact the city of Flower Mound to ensure that your project is done according to city code.
